ABOUT JEFF
Jeff Samoray
has a master's degree in English and taught analytical and persuasive
writing courses for two years at Oakland University in Rochester, Mich.
After summarizing legal cases for Detroit law firms, Jeff joined The Detroit
News sports department where he spent five years crafting tightly-written
copy and meeting demanding deadlines.
Jeff then returned to Oakland University as chief writer for its News
& Information Web site. As a member of OU's Communications and Marketing
department, Jeff also wrote copy for
the main university Web site and alumni magazine. In his next professional
endeavor, Jeff wrote, edited and managed the production of fundraising
materials for Judson Center, a nonprofit human services agency.
In 2006, Jeff leveraged his writing talent and marketing experience by
launching a career in professional copywriting, editing and creative consulting.
